All the apps & games are property and trademark of their respective developer or publisher and for HOME or PERSONAL use ONLY. Please be aware that APKRaya.com ONLY SHARES THE ORIGINAL APK FILE FOR FREE APPS. ALL THE APK FILES ARE THE SAME AS IN GOOGLE PLAY WITHOUT ANY MODIFICATIONS.

These terms of use are a legal agreement between you and APKRaya.com including its owner and all of its subsidiaries (referred to as "APK Raya", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing and utilizing our Site, you are deemed to have accepted the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Copyright Policy. We may amend this Agreement from time to time without notice, and you agree to be bound by such amendments. APK Raya provides information for entertainment purposes only and is not a substitute for professional advice.

1. Use Restrictions

8. Export Control and Sanctions

You represent and warrant that you are not on any international sanctions lists and will comply with all applicable export control laws. You undertake not to use APK Raya services for any prohibited military end uses or to transmit software subject to specific export administration regulations.

9. General Provisions

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved by arbitration through the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC). If any provision is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
